Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, however moved about a lot during his 17 years of childhood due to his father's occupation. wickedriley, a musical producer, has lived in Louisiana, Texas, and Las Vegas, but he is now back in his birthplace of Raleigh. The music culture in North Carolina is dominated by Country Music. wickedriley had the opportunity to meet and work with many talented rap artists in Raleigh, and while there isn't as much demand for beats presently as there are in Los Angeles or Atlanta, social media allows him to connect with artists from all over the country, allowing him to create hit songs from the comfort of his bedroom.
Wickedriley's main ambition in his music career is to work with and make songs with some of the biggest names in the business right now. Screw the money and the fame; he's simply here to make good music that he and many can bounce my head to on late-night car rides.
If wickedriley could alter one thing about the music industry, it would be to break down the barriers between bigger and lesser musicians, whether producers or rappers. He believes that many musicians with a greater fan base or supporters will look down on those who don't have a large fan base or supporters. He has firsthand experience with artists he's previously worked with who have almost neglected him since a song or two of theirs blew up and they're now too good to even text him back. wickedriley still replies to every Instagram DM he receives, and he sees potential in many of these new producers and artists.
