Belief Baby Shares His Journey: From Daily Habits to Studio Success

Belief Baby is an emerging artist whose approach to music is rooted in discipline, inspiration, and relentless creativity. He emphasizes that the path to success is rarely straightforward, and the journey requires patience, self-belief, and strategic thinking. He shares insights into his creative process, daily habits, and advice for aspiring musicians.
“The biggest challenge for me is when I don’t get the results I was expecting,” he shares. “When I have put in so much work and effort and spent so much money, it can put me in an upsetting mindset. But I stay true to myself, knowing deep down that it’s going to work. It’s all about timing. It’s never when I want it to happen. It will happen when it’s supposed to.”

Belief Baby states, “My days start with writing down my dreams and dating them as soon as I wake up. I also write down my first thoughts before I even get on my phone. Taking a walk at the lake or working out sparks inspiration. I write whenever it comes to me.” He adds that sometimes he doesn’t go to sleep until 3–5 in the morning, explaining, “I am very creative early in the morning and also late at night, so I try to maximize those times. Creativity is what artists always aim for, but if you don’t allow yourself the time, it won’t come to you.”

Even though Belief Baby is an emerging artist himself, he offers advice to other up-and-coming musicians. “Keep making music, always perfect your craft, and continue becoming better,” he shares. “Also, network with DJs, events, and people—you never know who you might run into that can help or motivate you along your journey. Learn more than just writing a song; understand each person’s role so that when you are in the studio, you can direct your song. Otherwise, you could pay thousands of dollars and leave the studio frustrated with a song you are completely upset about.” He emphasizes the importance of leadership in the creative process, stating, “As an artist, you have to direct your vision and lead. People will just do mediocre work. But keep in mind that since you’re paying them, they work for you. So push them so you can get the best quality your money can get.” Belief Baby’s insights highlight the dedication and strategic mindset required to succeed in the music industry. His daily habits, disciplined approach to creativity, and practical advice for navigating studio work provide a valuable roadmap for aspiring artists.
